EMI Calculator — Monthly Instalment, Total Interest & Payment
Planning a car loan, bike loan, personal loan or home loan in Pakistan? This free EMI calculator tells you exactly what you will pay every month — before you sign anything at the bank.
Enter the loan amount, the annual interest (markup) rate and the tenure. The calculator uses the standard EMI formula — EMI = P × r × (1+r)n / ((1+r)n − 1) — to show your monthly EMI, the total interest you will pay over the whole loan, and the total amount repaid.
Tip: compare two offers side by side. A loan with a slightly lower rate but a longer tenure can still cost you more in total interest — run both numbers here first.

Common questions
How is EMI calculated?
EMI is calculated with the reducing-balance formula: EMI = P × r × (1+r)^n / ((1+r)^n − 1), where P is the loan amount, r the monthly interest rate and n the number of months. This calculator applies it instantly.
Does this work for car and bike loans in Pakistan?
Yes. It works for car loans, bike loans, personal loans and home loans from any Pakistani bank — just enter the markup rate the bank quotes you (per year) and the tenure.
What is a good interest rate for a loan in Pakistan?
Rates change with the State Bank policy rate and differ by bank and loan type. Always compare the total interest across offers, not just the monthly EMI — a longer tenure usually means more total interest.
Is my loan data sent anywhere?
